Holistic wellness always had my interest and when i struggled with my own, i dived into teacher trainings to get certified and help not only myself, but others aswell. Purification of the mind, body and energetically (seasonally) is something i swear by. Its the reset that got my out of my darker days. Now, i share my protocols and methods through courses and in retreat form.

As a creative artist, i make jewellery slowly crafted by my one pair of hands. Made from real flowers, hand picked and preserved by me, sealed in resin. All chocker necklaces are recycled designer textiles, carefully selected and truely one of a kind. All other materials are sourced ethetically and of good quality. Its a perfect thoughtfull gift to yourself or a beloved.
